Some of us talk at a higher pitch.
Some of us are so soft spoken only people who are listening very closely understand us.
Some of us have enough bass in our voices to vibrate the walls.
All of us have an opinion (right or wrong), ideas and experiences. Our voices, written or spoken, are how we communicate these things and there is power in every voice. People may be uncomfortable with what's said or how it's delivered, but if what's said is personally true/factual, it most likely needs to be said.
The loudest voice isn't the one everyone should listen to. Even God speaks in a quiet voice. No one should be made to feel like they should be silent or that what they have to say doesn't matter. And if people are uncomfortable with what's said, maybe that's a good thing. Change doesn't happen when we're comfortable anyway.
